Vicki Ward MP, Member for Eltham is proud to announce the completion of the Eltham Gateway Project.

It has been great to see the community as well as many students from Eltham High School, Eltham Primary
School and Eltham East Primary School come down to the Gateway getting involved in this community
project, planting trees.

We would also like to express our gratitude to Sue Dyet, Friends of Diamond Creek, and Denis Johnson
through their membership of the Southern Gateway Renewal Group for their advocacy and dedication to
the success of this project. Without their support, this space would not be the thriving community space
that it is today.

Thank you to Rowena Cairns, Yi Wu, from the MTIA, and Major Roads Projects Victoria for their hard work
and dedication to this project.

On April 30, Vicki Ward MP, Member for Eltham, Nillumbik Shire Mayor Cr Ben Ramcharan, Deputy Mayor
Geoff Paine, Councillors, members of Major Road Projects Victoria, the Southern Gateway Renewal Group
and community members came together to celebrate the completion of this project. Thank you to the
Eltham Lions for organising the BBQ on the day.
